Session 1: Where People-Pleasing Begins
Why do we struggle to say no? In this session, we’ll explore where people-pleasing habits come from – family, culture, fear – and how they show up in our lives today. With gentle reflection, shared stories, and therapist-led prompts, we’ll begin to unlearn the patterns that keep us small.
Session 2: Boundaries, Without the Guilt
Saying no doesn’t make you selfish – it makes you honest. This session is all about learning to set boundaries that feel good and stick. You’ll leave with tools, language, and take-home resources to help you choose yourself – without apology.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Is this group therapy? What’s the difference between group therapy and support group?
Nope. The Unpleasing Club is a support group, not group therapy. That means: There’s no diagnosis, no treatment plan. It’s not a replacement for therapy. It’s a space to connect, share, reflect, and learn with others navigating similar challenges. It is designed, curated and guided by a mental health professional who facilitates the group and ensures it’s a safe, non-judgmental space.
-
Who is this for?
If you: Say yes when you want to say no; Feel responsible for how others feel; Avoid conflict at the cost of your own peace; Feel burnt out from always showing up, even when you don’t want to… This is for you.
-
Do I have to share?
Nope. Sharing is always optional. Listening is powerful too. That said, it always helps to participate.
Meet the Therapists
Zainab Kulsoom
I am an empath who hopes to create a community where people choose kindness. My strengths as a therapist are my authenticity, patience and belief in clients that they possess the potential to heal. The ability to express freely and be myself in a session has helped my clients find a safe space. My goal is to use my strengths and abilities and to continually polish my skills as a therapist to help you achieve your goals. I hope to create a therapeutic relationship that helps us grow together for the better.

Hiteshree M. Dudani
My approach to therapy is warm, honest, and rooted in the realities of everyday life. I bring in a trauma-informed and intersectional feminist lens —but more than that, I focus on creating a space that feels human. I work with people struggling with low self-esteem, overextending in relationships, or trying to unlearn old patterns that no longer serve them. My focus is to help you find clarity that helps you actually understand yourself better. I think, feel, and listen deeply. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you, it’s about helping you reconnect with the version of yourself you’ve always wanted to become.
Meet the Brands
Papaya is a femtech brand creating radically better period products – designed by women, for women.
Our pads are 100% plastic-free, skin-safe, and made with patented technology that turns period blood into a dry, comfortable experience.
But we’re not stopping at products.
We believe caring for women means building spaces where they feel seen, heard, and understood. From community circles to support groups, Papaya is here to make periods – and everything around them – better.
At Moon Minds, we don’t just offer therapy. We make sure you finally find the right therapist. No mismatched fits. No bias. No more wondering if therapy even works. Just real, lasting change.
With a care team that supports you until it clicks, because you shouldn’t have to settle for your mental wellbeing. Our therapists show up, remember the small stuff, and meet you where you are.
And because healing goes beyond sessions, we’re building spaces where you feel seen, supported, and a little more human.
Whether it’s your first try or your final shot—this time, therapy starts working for you.
