Hi! We are a (somewhat) newly married couple and old friends. From the brains of therapist Hiteshree, and entrepreneur Dhruv, we bring to you Moon Minds. Like a lot of other people, we have each had our ups and downs with mental health. What we found was that all our relationships are very closely linked with our mental well-being – in a good and a bad way. So, we decided to build a space that focuses on this deep interconnection of mental health and relationships.
With Moon Minds, we hope to make quality mental healthcare through a relational approach accessible to Indians all over the world. We are using technology to reach you, but we won’t be using tech to help you. All the help you get here will be from a trained mental health professional. AI and new-age tech are great. But we are the old-school thinkers who feel that therapy only works when there is a healthy relationship between a client and a human therapist. That is exactly what you will get here, no matter where you are in the world!
