'If it wasn't for Hiteshree I am not sure how I would have dealt with life. My life has basically been a mess since day 1. By the time I started therapy I was like 18-19 years old. 'When I first started my therapy journey with Zainab, I used to have a lot of anxiety and I was not able to regulate my emotions properly.
